Claudia
Munoz’ passion for dance started when she was just 3 years
old, and it marked her life forever. She graduated with the maximum
qualification at the National Dance School in Brazil and she has been
honored with the RAD (Royal Academy of Dancing) scholarship.
 Her career
took her literally dancing around the world, she has lived in six different countries:
England, France, Belgium,
Argentina, Mexico and the USA. She is certified at the Advanced level
by both the RAD and ISTD (Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing),
which has allowed her to collaborate with the most prestigious
choreographers in the field.
She has practiced yoga, pilates,
and both modern and classical ballet throughout her career. She has also appeared in film,
television programs and commercials.
Her achievement as
a professional dancer and being a mom herself makes her a confident
teacher, always seeking to share
her knowledge and enthusiasm with future and contemporary generations.
The classes:
Children will
learn basic dance movements, ballet nomenclature, and integral dance
steps while listening to Classical music. As we work on
coordination, musicality, discipline and small combinations, our class
will gain body awareness, rhythm, memory and appreciation of art as
well as respect for our own bodies and spaces as well as others’.
Additionally, classes will feature occasional exposure to a variety of
ethnic music and opportunities to explore freestyle dance.
Dress
code:
girls -
pink leotard, pink tights, pink ballet slippers, pink skirt
boys - black tight or leggings,
white shirt, black ballet slippers
