Capoeira is an excellent activity for kids. Not only capoeira is a complete sport that involves all the muscles of the body but it also helps them to develop a wide variety of skills including: balance, focus, drumming and singing.

Last but not least they have a lot of fun! These capoeira classes are for 4 to 12 year-old kids.
